Ziba's Bistro
Ziba's might be my favorite restaurant in all of Atlanta. It happens to be seven houses down from where I lived in Grant Park for ten years, so walking home was never a problem. Everything on the menu is delicious of course, but what makes Ziba's special is the way they make you feel like family. The owner, Marcie, is like a big sister to me and probably knows my palette better than I do. I try to emulate the way she treats people in my practice. I encourage everyone to make the trip over to Grant Park and hit Ziba's on Boulevard. I recommend the red pepper hummus and the crostini, and the mussels are a fan favorite. Friday or Saturday night feature a live jazz performer, and they provide distanced seating that is COVID-safe.
In recent months, Ziba's has taken a hit, as have many restaurants due to the pandemic. Forced to transform into proverbial brick and mortar food trucks for take-out orders only, many are struggling to survive. We urge you to stay empathetic to your local eateries while we get through this mess and support them as much as you can.
