James (Jim) Paisley is a metro-Atlanta native from Marietta, Georgia. After earning his B.A. in Management from Georgia Tech, Paisley briefly worked for the investment bank, INVESCO, but quickly came to terms with the stiffness and inauthenticity of corporate America. He decided it was time to get that law degree so that he could pursue his dream of providing people with real-life benefits, while getting to know them on a personal level. Attorney Jim Paisley began his career in the field of civil advocacy, representing the rights of abuse victims. The CAC provides free representation to domestic violence victims, with children, who need a legal strategy to escape their abusive partners. After completing law school at Florida State University, Paisley became a public defender and then a prosecutor in Orlando and Kissimee, Florida. In 2010, Paisley moved back up to Atlanta with his wife, Katie, to start a family closer to home. Attorney Paisley started Paisley Law LLC on April 1, 2010, and every day since then takes immense pride in the privilege he has representing his personal injury and wrongful death clients.
