At trial very little evidence was allowed in regarding the Hit and Run, and defense counsel was extraordinarily thorough and did an amazing job defending this case. What mattered to the jury the most was how much the doctors believed in their patient and the pain she was enduring. Furthermore, The Client's before and after witnesses were very powerful. The jury rightfully returned a verdict of $780,000, and the case has been settled after the defense appealed.
